Unshaped refractory materials are an important component of blast furnace lining and play a crucial role in the longevity of blast furnaces. We started our research on amorphous refractory materials for blast furnaces relatively early, and later developed to a new level by digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technologies. The unshaped refractory materials recommended in the three schemes, which are compatible with refractory materials, are all new achievements developed by our institute and have been successfully used in large and medium-sized blast furnaces in China. Some of these products are also used in foreign projects.
